I first started talking to Denise about a mortgage two years ago, before I was ready to purchase a property. Over this time, Denise has always been available to discuss loan types, rates, etc. As the mortgage adviser for the property I recently purchased in Santa Fe, Denise was wonderful. Denise is very knowledgeable and has all the information needed usually before the mortgage provider wants it. Always returns phone calls! Always pleasant & professional. She even has a sense of humor which is sorely missing from a field of characters who really don’t care much. She never forgets who the customer is and understands that this is supposed to be, a pleasant experience. My loan wasn’t an easy one and didn’t fit into the conventional parameters.
